Novu District is more than a neighborhood. It is a long-term vision taking shape in the heart of University Heights. Sponsored by the Gomes Groupand Raef Studio, we are building a walkable and art-driven community where large-scale murals and green spaces replace the gray. We are reshaping Newark block by block, from the bridge to our upcoming community park.

We are turning previously overlooked spaces into vibrant areas filled with color and positive energy. By collaborating with neighbors and local artists, we are building a space designed for families and residents who believe in our creative future.
